Ice-cream Workshop cum Buffet: An innovation

Udders? Am I going to get milk? No, you will have ice cream. Besides, you will have fun making ice cream :) See how I had fun last week.

White crystaline vinillin came from a black vinilla bean. One of the nature's twists. If the ice-cream maker used the real vinillin, you are supposed to see the minute black seeds. This is the ice-cream making instructor David showing how to scrape off the vinillin.

Here are the ingredients for making ice-cream. Sugar and salt. Milk and ice are provided later.

Milk + Sugar + vinilla (seeds) = mix
Pour the mix into a ziplock bag, seal it tight.

You must put these ingredients into the right container. If you put salt into the milk and sugar into the ice, you will get a cold electrolyte in stead of ice-cram :)

Nicely put the mix bag inside the ice. Make sure the mix sits in the melted ice which is the coldest part in the bag.

This is the first time, I ever massage an ice bag containing mix which is going through the freezing process.

Here you go! This is ICE-CREAM, my hand-made.

Ice-cream you made is to enjoy the process. Here are the REAL ice-cream: eat-all-u-can.

This is what I love about Udders. You can vote what flavour you want them to make.

Love it!
